This is a boutique law firm with sophisticated commercial real estate and business transactional practice is seeking a full-time or part-time Attorney with 3-8 years of experience in a transactional practice (i.e. not litigation). The ideal candidate would have experience in the areas of commercial real estate and/or general business law and outstanding drafting skills, work ethic, and attention to detail. Must be reliable, responsible, motivated, and able to thrive in a small firm environment. The ability to work well with and support others is key. Competitive salary and benefits.
