We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. This is a permanent position with a focus on driving sales, managing client relationships, and fostering new business opportunities in a designated territory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, packaging, and distribution, and will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing strategies to grow the customer base, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with customers, identifying their needs and addressing their concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
  • Manage and oversee packaging and distribution processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand the competitive landscape and define strategies to increase market share.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, using data to influence future sales strategies.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the packaging and distribution industry.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing practical solutions.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
