We are in search of a dedicated Permanent Territory Manager to join our dynamic team within the Construction industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to take on exciting challenges and grow your career in a vibrant, fast-paced environment. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales within a specific territory, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. You will be working closely with a team of professionals and leading them to achieve the organization's sales objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Strategic plans to achieve sales targets for each territory.
  • Develop strong relationships with key clients, contractors, engineering, architechs and stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  • Experience working with distributors in the building industry
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales and expand our market share.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to your territory to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the engineering team to ensure the client's needs are met and projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management, including market trends, competitor activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Conduct and be comfortable with regular construction site visits to monitor project progress, ensure quality control, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Provide technical support and advice to clients, including product demonstrations and training sessions.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network with potential clients and stay updated on industry trends and developments.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, within the building industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with Epoxy Grouts, waterproofing, concrete, concrete repair and concrete construction.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
