Responsibilities:

As a Consulting Temp-to-Hire Benefits Administrator, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

1. Managing and administering employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, leave of absence (LOA), workers' compensation, and Medicare.
2. Handling the administration of COBRA, FMLA, and other federally mandated programs.
3. Leveraging HRIS and Benefits Database for efficient benefits administration and reporting.
4. Collaborating with vendors for benefits implementation, ensuring that all details are accurately communicated and implemented.
5. Conducting regular audits of benefits programs to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
6. Assisting with benefits negotiations to ensure the company receives the best possible rates and services.
7. Providing guidance and assistance to employees regarding benefits questions or concerns.
8. Staying updated on current industry trends and legislations to ensure the company's benefits programs are competitive and compliant.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this exciting role will have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Benefits Administrator in the finance industry.
2. Profound knowledge of benefits administration, including COBRA, FMLA, LOA, Workers Compensation, and Medicare.
3. Familiarity with HRIS and Benefits Database systems.
4. Proven experience in benefits implementation and negotiation with vendors.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret data.
6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex benefits information in a clear and understandable manner.
7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
8. Up-to-date knowledge of current benefits legislation and industry trends.
9. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
