Technical Writer

We are a virtual cloud platform for scaling software without limitation. Our system provides a way to run workloads anywhere, any cloud, on-premises, or both in a consistent and easy to use fashion. It allows software developers to mix-and-match any services from AWS, GCP, and Azure as if these clouds have merged.

Responsibilities

• Create clear and concise technical documentation for our PaaS/SaaS product offering
• Collaborate closely with development to understand and effectively communicate product features
• Use clear and accessible language to translate technical concepts into easily understandable content for end users
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of documentation
• Develop clear and concise technical documentation: Author pitch decks, knowledge base articles, and solution guides
• Create tailored pitch decks, white papers, case studies, solution briefs, and one-pagers to support our sales team

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in technical writing, with a strong focus on cloud-based products and solutions
• Demonstrated understanding of Cloud solutions, including key products, services, and competitive differentiation
• Hands on experience with documentation pertaining to Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Production experience working on technical doc's pertaining to CI/CD tool, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, etc.
• Demonstrated ability working in a startup environment, managing multiple projects and wearing various hats.
• Strong grasp on engineering fundamentals + concepts; API's, Microservices, Architecture, etc.
