We are seeking a dynamic, highly skilled CNC Technical Repair and Support Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading manufacturing company, where you'll play a vital role in our production process. As a CNC Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operation of various electro-mechanical equipment, including CNC machines. You will also play a key role in the development and implementation of CAD/CAM programs. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate, maintain, and repair CNC machines and other electro-mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
2. Develop, implement, and optimize CAD/CAM programs to enhance production efficiency and quality.
3. Provide technical support to the production team, including troubleshooting and resolving CNC machine issues.
4. Provide repair and maintenance work on CNC milling machines, in-house and occasionally on-site.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CNC machines and CAD/CAM software or hardware issues.
6. Provide clients with technical support and guidance through corrective steps by phone, email and remote-control software (e.g. TeamViewer)
7. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement new production processes and equipment modifications.
8. Conduct regular inspections of the production equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
9. Train production staff on the proper operation and maintenance of CNC machines and other electro-mechanical equipment.
10. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to CNC machines and CAD/CAM programming.

Qualifications:

1. Technical degree in a related field is required.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating, maintaining, and repairing CNC machines and other electro-mechanical equipment in a manufacturing setting.
3. Proficiency in CAD/CAM programming is essential.
4. Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide technical support and training to production staff, as well as end clients.
6. Must possess a valid driver's license.
7. Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to the operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
9. Must be willing to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
10. Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed.
