This position will plan, direct and review the work of staff responsible for activities and resource allocations necessary for maintenance and technical services. This will be accomplished by;

• Managing departments including Safety, Engineering, Maintenance, Lean/Continuous Improvement and Procurement
• In charge of hiring in those departments or doing training to the hiring managers
• Lead the plant’s Lean/Continuous Improvement internal processes to ensure compliance with corporate standards
• Implement and maintain the plant maintenance program
• Direct, manage, develop, and execute the capital budget plan, controlling the costs and timing of all approved capital projects

Qualifications;

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering related field, such as Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical. A Chemical Engineer is highly desirable.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, product quality control, project management, maintenance systems and materials
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in related functions
• Lean Six sigma Green Belt or Black belt certification
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• SAP exp. or at least ERP experience
• Must have strong analytical skills
