We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Tax Senior to join our dynamic finance industry team. As a Tax Senior, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of real estate tax clients and providing expert advice on tax planning, compliance, and reporting. You will work closely with our Senior Tax Associates and Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) to ensure that all tax-related matters are handled efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of real estate tax clients and provide expert advice on tax planning, compliance, and reporting
• Review tax returns and financial statements prepared by Senior Tax Associates and CPAs
• Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide recommendations to clients and colleagues
• Communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with training and mentoring Junior Tax Associates
• Keep up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of experience in tax senior role
• Strong knowledge of real estate tax laws and regulations
• CPA certification or equivalent
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and tax software
