Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Tax Senior to join our team in the Finance industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in tax preparation, tax law knowledge, accounting, tax accounting, and handling high net worth and C-Corp clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tax planning and compliance, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment. This position offers excellent growth potential and the chance to play a key role in the financial success of our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.
2. Provide tax planning and consulting to high net worth clients.
3. Research and resolve technical tax issues.
4. Assist in the development and implementation of tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current tax laws and regulations.
6. Collaborate with team members to improve client services and firm processes.
7. Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to junior staff.
8. Communicate with clients to explain tax matters and provide excellent customer service.
9. Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) designation preferred.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax.
4. Proficient in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Strong knowledge of tax law, with the ability to interpret and apply complex tax concepts.
6. Experience working with individuals and businesses clients.
