We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Tax Senior to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in our organization, providing comprehensive tax services to a diverse portfolio of clients, including high net worth individuals and businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in federal and state tax regulations, as well as a deep understanding of financial planning strategies.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Tax Senior, you will be responsible for:

1. Managing and coordinating tax audits and tax returns for high net worth individuals and businesses.
2. Developing innovative tax planning strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities and maximize their financial growth.
3. Providing expert advice on federal and state tax regulations, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
4. Reviewing financial records, income statements, and expenses to ensure accuracy and identify tax-saving opportunities.
5. Collaborating with the finance team to streamline tax procedures and improve efficiency.
6. Staying abreast of the latest developments in tax laws and regulations to provide up-to-date advice to clients.
7. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and meeting their unique financial needs.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you should have:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a tax role
2. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is ideal but NOT a must have
3. Proven experience in managing tax affairs for high net worth individuals and businesses.
4. In-depth knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
5. Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts to clients.
7. Proficiency in tax preparation and accounting software.
8. A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics.
