We are seeking an experienced Permanent Tax Senior to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. This is a hybrid role that combines both remote and in-office work. As a Tax Senior, you will be responsible for providing tax planning and compliance services to our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their financial goals and objectives and provide them with tailored tax solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review individual tax returns, corporate and partnership taxes
• Conduct tax research and provide guidance to clients on tax matters
• Identify tax planning opportunities for clients and provide recommendations
• Communicate with clients regarding tax issues and provide solutions
• Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
• Assist in training and developing junior staff members
• Keep up-to-date with tax laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• CPA certification is required
• 3+ years of experience in tax planning and compliance services
• Strong understanding of individual tax returns, corporate and partnership taxes
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong client relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
