Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance or similar plus:

• 5+ Years of public accounting experience
• Active CPA License
• Experience preparing & reviewing complex Partnerships, pass through entities, S-Corps, LLC's, HNW Individuals
• Industries include, construction, real estate, oil & gas, manufacturing & distribution, not for profit, professional services, healthcare
