Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage the preparation and review of corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.
2. Implement tax strategies that align with business goals and deliver value to the company.
3. Manage tax provision and tax compliance process.
4. Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices.
5. Manage and coordinate tax audits.
6. Maintain tax balances on the general ledger.
7. Prepare all tax papers on a regular basis and handle all information data requests.
8. Advise management on the impact of new laws on tax liabilities.
9. Coordinate accounting staff and assess their performance.
10. Work closely with team members to identify and manage risks and opportunities.
