We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Manager to join our dynamic finance team. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of tax compliance, tax planning, and tax strategy for the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize the organization's tax liability
• Manage tax compliance and reporting processes, including the preparation and filing of tax returns
• Conduct tax research and analysis to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide tax guidance and support
• Manage relationships with external auditors and tax authorities
• Provide training and support to finance and accounting teams on tax-related matters
• Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred
• 3+ years of experience in tax management, tax planning, or tax audit
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and tax software applications
