MUST HAVES:

• Licensed CPA OR EA
• 8 years of Public Accounting Prep work. This will be 60% prep & 40% review
• Thomas Reuter Software

*High level complexity returns but less volume of returns*

• prep/review of Individuals, Fiduciaries-Estate/Trusts, S-Corps, Partnerships

• Strong work life balance (flexible hours, ex. 4x12s, preferred no fridays, etc.)

Responsibilities: Managing client relationships, preparing tax returns, guiding tax planning strategies, and reviewing staff accountants' projects.

Experience Required: 8+ years in public tax accounting (1040, 1041, 1065, 1120 & 1120S) and a CPA certification.

Proficiency: Required proficiency in QuickBooks and Thomson Reuters (UltraTaxCS).

Skills Needed: Expert-level tax knowledge, technical tax review, and strong project management skills.
