As a Tax Manager, you will play an integral role in our dynamic Finance team, contributing to the strategic direction of our organization's tax functions. You will be expected to oversee all aspects of tax accounting and will be involved in various high-level financial decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the company's tax planning and compliance with all tax laws and regulations to optimize efficiency.
• Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws.
• Develop and implement strategic tax planning for all necessary federal and state taxes.
• Manage members of the tax team as they prepare components of the company's US federal income tax return and state tax returns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Taxation or a related field is preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation would be an asset.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a tax manager role or similar, preferably within the finance industry.
• Strong knowledge of tax code, compliance and procedures for corporations.
• Familiarity with U.S. federal, state, and local reporting requirements.
