The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of tax compliance and planning, as well as providing strategic advice to the business. Responsibilities:

• Manage all tax compliance activities, including the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize the company's tax liability and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide advice and guidance to the business on tax-related matters, including the tax implications of business decisions and transactions.
• Manage relationships with external tax advisors and authorities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Oversee the preparation and review of tax provisions and related financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and regulations, and communicate the impact of these changes to the business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CPA qualification is essential.
• 4+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax.
• Experience in both audit and tax is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
