Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager to join our team. The Tax Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our clients' tax planning and compliance needs. This role requires a deep understanding of tax regulations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to provide strategic tax guidance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all aspects of client tax engagements, including tax planning, compliance, and consulting services.
Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for tax savings.
Prepare and review complex individual, trust, partnership, and corporate tax returns.
Provide strategic tax planning advice to clients, including recommendations for minimizing tax liabilities and maximizing tax efficiency.
Conduct research and analysis on tax issues, and communicate findings clearly and effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on all tax-related matters.
Supervise and mentor tax staff, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA certification required.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in tax accounting, with a focus on individual, trust, partnership, and corporate taxation.
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax issues and provide practical solutions.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
