Essential Functions:

• Manage the tax preparation for pass-through entities, including partnerships.
• Offer expert state and local tax advice and solutions tailored to the business and individual needs.
• Craft and execute tax planning strategies to optimize financial outcomes.
• Consult with clients on how buying & selling impacts their business.
• Conduct Monthly Financial Oversight (Period End Close) for businesses and meet with the owners to strategize future plans.
• Cultivate client relationships grounded in trust and integrity.
• Stay abreast of evolving tax laws, regulations, and trends to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver unparalleled client service.
• Lead the development and mentorship of the team, foster their growth and build their proficiency in tax matters.
• Utilize and recommend technology to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and deliver exceptional service to clients.

You should know some of the following:

• CPA or EA
• Understanding of tax laws for pass-through entities, and strategic problem-solving.
• Strong technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations, with the ability to analyze complex tax issues and provide strategic solutions.
