We are seeking a talented and experienced Permanent Tax Manager to join our dynamic finance industry team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax management, CPA certification, and a proven track record of success in the field. This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation and benefits packages.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the tax compliance process for our clients, ensuring timely and accurate filing of tax returns
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax savings for our clients
• Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on tax-related matters, including tax laws, regulations, and policies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all tax-related matters
• Supervise and mentor junior tax staff, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and expertise
• Stay up-to-date on new tax laws and regulations, and ensure that our clients are in compliance with all applicable requirements

Qualifications:

• CPA certification OR EA
• Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and policies, as well as experience with tax planning and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to supervise and mentor junior staff
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex tax issues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail
