Tax Manager (CPA Firm)

Our client is a medium sized CPA Firm located north of Boston that is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing engagements for clients in various industries. • Deliver a full range of tax services for their clients with a primary focus on tax preparation and compliance in compliance with laws and regulations
• Provide innovative tax planning and review of complex income tax returns
• Manage all aspects of client’s tax requirements and overall relationship
• Ensure the Firm’s high standards of quality are met or exceeded
• Leverage staff to achieve deadlines and manage budgets
• Manage and develop relationships with great clients

Must Haves/Nice to Have:

• Bachelor degree required; CPA, EA or MST preferred
• 5+ years of experience in tax preparation
• Experience with CCH Prosystem Fx software is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
