Tax Director

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Director to join our dynamic finance team. As a Tax Director, you will play a critical role in overseeing all tax-related activities and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance: A strong educational background in Accounting or Finance is required. CPA certification is required.

2. Extensive tax experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in tax management, preferably in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of HNWI, International, Non-Profit, or S+C Corp tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements is essential.

3. Leadership and managerial skills: Proven experience in leading and managing a team of tax professionals. Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

4. Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex tax concepts to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

5. Analytical and problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex tax issues and develop practical solutions. Attention to detail and accuracy are critical.

6. Client-focused mindset: A strong commitment to providing exceptional client service and building long-term client relationships. Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored tax solutions.
