Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and diverse environment within the Medical industry. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent. This role requires a deep understanding of the industry, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
  • Create and post job descriptions on career websites, universities, and other appropriate venues.
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies.
  • Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements.
  • Regularly track pipeline, priorities, and performance data to share with internal stakeholders.
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.
  • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent, and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
  • 3+ years of experience in a full cycle recruiting role, preferably within the Medical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of, and experience with, outside recruiting resources including social media, job boards, data mining techniques, and networking.
  • Demonstrated success in filling a variety of roles at all levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.).
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Strong understanding of the recruiting aspects of federal and state Human Resource laws and practices, including employment classifications, reference checks, and others.
  • Professional Services and Consulting experience is a plus.
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
