T/E Planning Attorney

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Permanent T/E Planning Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. As a Permanent T/E Planning Attorney, your responsibilities will include:

1. Providing comprehensive legal advice and counsel on a wide range of trust and estates matters, including wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate law.
2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex estate plans, wills, trusts, and related documents.
3. Providing guidance to clients on the legal aspects of financial planning and wealth management.
4. Representing clients in probate and trust litigation matters.
5. Working closely with clients to develop and implement effective estate planning strategies.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Permanent T/E Planning Attorney role should possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in trust and estate law, with a focus on wills, estate planning, and probate law.
3. Admission to the state bar.
4. Strong knowledge of trust and estate law, including wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate law.
5. Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication, and advocacy skills.
