Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Engineer to join our team. This role is integral to our engineering operations, focusing primarily on the design, development, and maintenance of automated test equipment and systems. This position involves working closely with a team of talented engineers to ensure the quality and efficiency of our products and processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement system engineering processes, ensuring robustness, scalability, and efficiency.
2. Utilize engineering tools such as DOORS, MagicDraw, JIRA, and EMatrix to manage system requirements and track project progress.
3. Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies to enhance system design and performance.
4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive the product development process, from conceptualization to deployment.
5. Conduct system analysis to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the reliability and stability of the system.
6. Provide technical support and guidance to other team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
7. Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and advancements in system engineering, incorporating relevant innovations into our processes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Systems Engineering role, preferably in the Engineering industry.
3. Proficient in engineering tools such as DOORS, MagicDraw, JIRA, and EMatrix.
4. Solid experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
5. Proven track record in managing the product development process, from ideation to launch.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
8. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in system engineering.
9. Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and performance.
