Job Details:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent System Administrator to join our dynamic technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player in the maintenance, development, and integration of our IT systems. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing and overseeing Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Power Platform, and M365. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the field. Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain our Microsoft SCCM environment, ensuring the efficient deployment and operation of both hardware and software.
2. Utilize Microsoft Power Platform to automate processes, develop applications, and create data-driven reports.
3. Oversee the administration of M365, including user management, security, and compliance.
4. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system issues, working closely with other departments to ensure optimal system performance.
5. Develop and implement IT strategies and infrastructure to support business objectives.
6. Monitor system performance and security, implementing updates and improvements as necessary.
7. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented systems.
8. Conduct regular system audits and software upgrades.
9. Collaborate with the IT team to anticipate future needs and opportunities for improvement.
10. Provide training and support to users to ensure efficient and secure use of systems.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a system administrator role.
2. Proven experience with Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Power Platform, and M365.
3. A strong understanding of system administration protocols, firewalls, and network configuration.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
5. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, system security measures, and data management.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex systems in clear, non-technical terms.
7. A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
8. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: System Administrator, MCSA, MCSE would be advantageous.
9. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
10. A proactive approach to work, with a strong drive to continually improve systems and processes.
