Our backlog through 2024 is already strong and we are looking for motivated individuals with a strong focus on the schedule, the budget and have a keen eye for detail.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning to execution, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and adhering to high-quality standards.

The Permanent Superintendent will be responsible for managing subcontractors, interpreting blueprints, ensuring safety protocols, managing materials, and leading a team to successful project completion. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle and manage all construction activities.
• Manage and coordinate tasks for subcontractors and laborers.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure project accuracy.
• Ensure all safety procedures and guidelines are followed strictly and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Manage the procurement, delivery, and utilization of materials and equipment.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, identify and solve problems, and communicate progress and changes to all relevant stakeholders.
• Lead and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
• Conduct quality control activities, including inspections and site audits, to ensure that all work meets or exceeds the company and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a construction management
• Proven experience in managing subcontractors and understanding complex blueprints
• Strong knowledge of construction safety, codes and best practices
• Project experience in either ground up and/or renovation in commercial or high end residential
