Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage on-site construction activities, overseeing subcontractors and field staff
• Ensure strict compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and material deliveries to uphold project timelines
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety performance
• Resolve issues or conflicts during construction, addressing change orders and project modifications
• Foster effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and internal team members
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and safety records
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to uphold a safe and productive work environment

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related area of study
• 5+ years experience as a Superintendent
• Previous experience with School projects a big plus
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
• OSHA 30-Hour Certification preferred
• Valid driver's license
