Job Details:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Superintendent to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion. You will be the main point of contact for on-site operations and will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our clients' satisfaction. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who has a keen eye for detail and a passion for high-end residential construction.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Superintendent, you will be responsible for:

1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, from planning to completion.
2. Coordinating all construction services and activities.
3. Ensuring quality standards and safety regulations are met at all times.
4. Managing and leading a team of construction workers and subcontractors.
5. Liaising with clients, architects, and other professionals to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
6. Reviewing and interpreting project plans and specifications.
7. Identifying potential construction issues and implementing solutions.
8. Conducting regular site inspections and reporting on the project status.
9. Keeping track of inventory, tools, and equipment.
10. Resolving any problems that may arise during construction.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role within the Construction industry.
2. Proven experience in project management and construction management.
3. A solid background in high-end residential construction.
4. A deep understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
5. Excellent knowledge of construction safety regulations and procedures.
6. Strong leadership and team management skills.
7. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
8. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
9. The ability to interpret and build according to drawings, specifications, and other documents.
10. A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to different sites.
