Title: Superintendent
Location: Boston, MA
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000
Requirements: Commercial Construction / Unrestricted CLS / Roofing Knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate all subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors on the job site, ensuring they adhere to safety guidelines and project specifications.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines, and communicate progress to stakeholders regularly.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project plans are executed properly.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during construction.
• Ensure all materials and equipment are delivered to the job site on time and in good condition.
• Manage and maintain all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other related paperwork.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior members of the construction team.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on roofing and commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, including shingles, BUR, PVC, and metal.
• OSHA 30-hour certification and unrestricted CSL license.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors on a job site.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and other technical documents.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
