Responsibilities:

1. Supervise all on-site construction activities, including subcontractors, direct labor, and material coordination.
2. Ensure that all work is performed by approved contracts, drawings, specifications, and schedules.
3. Conduct regular inspections to ensure that workmanship conforms to established standards and the progression of work is on schedule.
4. Coordinate and oversee all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, material procurement, and manpower planning.
5. Implement and enforce comprehensive safety programs.
6. Resolve any on-site conflicts or issues promptly and professionally.
7. Maintain daily job site logs and ensure that the project site is always clean and organized.
8. Coordinate with project managers and other construction professionals regularly to discuss project progress and address any issues or changes.
9. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
2. Proven experience with commercial projects and ground-up construction -Retail, Hospitality, or educational background preferred
3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
5. Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
8. A strong understanding of safety and building codes, and labor laws.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
10. A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is preferred.
11. OSHA certification is a plus.
