Superintendent

Everyone here has an open, transparent, growth mind-set! We are looking for an experience Superintendent to join our growing team! Someone who has experience being very hands on, understands how boilers and heating pipes work. Having the ability to read schematics is huge. Instead of hiring out things from Subcontractors, we ARE the subcontractor, so being able to do these things yourself is the skillset we need.

Requirements:

• Construction Industry background is a MUST (Commercial & Multifamily)
• This position is in Brooklyn, no need to come into the office first - you can go straight to Brooklyn job and go home!
• Extensive Hands-on Boiler room experience
• Making Materials list and making sure what materials need to be at jobs (these are prevailing wage jobs so there is safety, compliance, and paperwork to stay on top of)
• Previous experience working hand and hand with Project Manager
