Superintendent

The team comes from a wide range of disciplines – including business management, structural and mechanical engineering, crane and rigging expertise, safety and industrial hygiene, scrap metal management, building demolition and material recycling – all brought to the singular focus of your project needs. We will expertly and professionally manage your project from the planning phase to final clean up.

We are the leader in the dismantling industry and will continue to strive to be the leader in this industry. We have projects along the NE of the United States and are looking for great superintendents to join our company.

Must have:
2+ years of experience in construction
Project experience as a superintendent
Experience on the job site managing subcontractors, contractors and vendors.
Experience managing a project as a superintendent
Experience communicating between dispatcher, drivers, and logistics coordinators
Great work ethic and communication

Nice to have:
Experience in demolition construction
Commercial construction experience
