We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Superintendent to join our growing construction team. As a Permanent Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process from start to finish. You will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in Commercial Roofing Construction, Roof, and Construction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire construction process from start to finish.
• Ensure that all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure that all construction projects are completed to the highest standards.
• Manage and supervise all construction workers, including contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure that all construction workers are properly trained and equipped to do their jobs safely and efficiently.
• Ensure that all construction sites are safe and secure at all times.
• Ensure that all construction materials and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
• Maintain accurate records of all construction activities, including schedules, budgets, and quality control reports.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Commercial Roofing Construction, Roof, and Construction.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and supervise a team of construction workers.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and the ability to ensure that all construction sites are safe and secure at all times.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to solve complex construction problems.
