We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team in the Sacramento area. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in construction management, with experience in commercial, retail, and restaurant construction. Responsibilities:

The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and scheduling to budgeting and quality control. The successful candidate will work closely with the project team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Managing project budgets and schedules
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
• Conducting site inspections and quality control checks
• Managing project documentation and reporting
• Communicating with project stakeholders, including clients and vendors
• Ensuring safety protocols are followed on all job sites

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or General Contractor
• Experience in commercial, retail, and restaurant construction
• A strong understanding of construction management principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred, but not required
