We are seeking an experienced Super for our client who has consistently been a top ranked GC throughout the South East! Project work extends from the Atlanta area to Tennessee to Florida and everywhere in between.

Job Details:

This role is pivotal in the successful execution of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to turnover. You will be instrumental in ensuring the project's compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. This position requires a hands-on approach, a keen eye for detail, and a relentless commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
• Review and understand project blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
• Meet contractual conditions of performance by scheduling and coordinating all construction processes
• Review the work progress on a daily basis and adjust schedules as needed
• Ensure all safety guidelines are followed strictly and establish a safe work environment
• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients, contractors, and team members

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience of 5+ years in construction management
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
• Familiarity with construction management software packages
• Competent in conflict and crisis management
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Strong leadership and team building abilities
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
