Superintendent

2 Superintendents needed for full time role in Baltimore, the project is in the inner harbor. It's a full time, direct hire position.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all aspects of construction project management, including planning, coordination, and execution.
2. Supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors, ensuring that all work aligns with project goals, quality standards, and safety regulations.
3. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring that tasks are performed efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

• 7 to 10 years of experience in commercial construction projects as a field superintendent with a Commercial General Contractor.
• Overseeing projects of diverse complexity ranging between $20 million and $50 million in size.
• Possibility that superintendent will need to travel to NC, SC or GA
