Position Overview: The Site Superintendent will oversee ground up construction of our large scale multifamily build and will act as the liaison between all involved with the project. Responsible for all on site work, the superintendent will also be charged with maintaining and orderly and compliant work environment, ensuring that quality and timelines are met.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Management and monitoring of all site related work including subcontractors and 3rd party
• Manage on site construction team and oversee all on site work
• Scheduling of all subcontractors and maintenance of discipline schedules
• Participate in production meetings
• Ensure adherence to schedule and budget, providing weekly updates to leadership
• Ensure that quality standards and compliance are met
• Materials and equipment ordering and planning
• Follow project timelines and coordinate with Project Managers
• Daily field reports, fields orders, and maintain RFIs
• Work with inspectors and other approval authorities

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ Years Superintendent experience
• Ground Up Build Experience
• Multifamily build experience
• Proficient with scheduling software
• Leadership experience
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
• Ability to lift 40+ pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

• Superintendent for ground up build of 100+ unit multifamily project within the last 3 years
