Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all stages of project life cycle, from planning to completion. Key responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing daily on-site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
2. Coordinating and supervising the work of all subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce.
3. Ensuring that all construction activities align with architectural and engineering plans.
4. Implementing rigorous quality control procedures to guarantee the highest level of construction standards.
5. Complying with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.
6. Managing and mitigating project risks and issues, and ensuring health and safety regulations are met.
7. Providing regular progress updates to project stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
8. Resolving any problems that may arise during construction, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budget.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role in the construction industry.
2. Proven track record in managing construction projects in sectors such as Capital Improvement, Commercial, Data Center, Tenant Improvement, Mission Critical, Retail, Restaurant, Hospitality, Office, Government, Education, and Healthcare.
3. In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, OSHA guidelines, and regulations.
4. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
7. Problem-solving abilities with a strong focus on quality and performance.
8. Proficient in MS Office and construction management software.
9. Degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field is preferred.
