We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Superintendent to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Superintendent, your key responsibilities will be:

1. Overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.
2. Allocating resources for assigned projects.
3. Supervising onsite personnel and subcontractors.
4. Ensuring quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
5. Managing and mitigating project risks.
6. Ensuring all worksites are maintained in a clean and safe condition.
7. Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors.
8. Reviewing the work progress on a daily basis.
9. Resolving any issues that may arise and providing solutions in a timely manner.
10. Ensuring all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the commercial construction industry.
2. Proven track record of successfully overseeing and delivering commercial construction projects from start to finish.
3. In-depth understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
4. Proficient knowledge of construction software programs.
5. Exceptional leadership and management skills.
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
7. Strong problem-solving abilities.
8. Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
9. Familiarity with regulatory construction standards and safety codes.
10. A degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field is preferred.
