Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Superintendent, you will be the key player in managing local projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing and managing all day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are executed as per the plans and specifications.
2. Coordinating and directing the activities of subcontractors, suppliers, labor, and materials.
3. Ensuring the implementation of safety protocols, quality control measures, and compliance with all local and federal regulations.
4. Managing project schedules, identifying potential issues, and implementing solutions to mitigate risks.
5. Liaising with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities.
6. Preparing and submitting project reports and updates to senior management.
7. Conducting site inspections to ensure adherence to engineering standards and specifications.
8. Troubleshooting and resolving on-site issues related to water, wastewater, infrastructure, and streetscapes.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this exciting role, you should have:

1. A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
2. Proven expertise in managing projects related to water, wastewater, infrastructure, and streetscapes.
3. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety protocols, and regulations.
4. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
6. Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
7. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field is preferred.
