We are seeking a highly experienced, self-motivated Permanent Superintendent for our rapidly expanding operations. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of local projects, earning top dollar while leading a team of industry professionals. Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Superintendent, you will be tasked with a multitude of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

1. Overseeing all stages of project life cycle and ensuring that projects are completed within time and budget constraints.
2. Supervising and coordinating the activities of construction teams to ensure projects meet quality standards.
3. Interfacing with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide updates and discuss potential challenges.
4. Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
5. Analyzing blueprints and project plans to understand project requirements and determine necessary resources.
6. Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
7. Troubleshooting and resolving on-site issues and conflicts.
8. Conducting regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
9. Implementing and maintaining construction schedules, ensuring all milestones are met.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this exciting role, the candidate must have:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role in the Engineering industry.
2. Proven experience in bridge, civil, paving, concrete, heavy highway, and highway projects.
3. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
6. Strong understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with team members, project managers, engineers, and clients.
8. Proficient in using construction management software.
9. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various project sites as needed.
