We are in need of a Superintendent to run our Residential projects.

As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning to completion. Your duties will include:

• Supervising all construction activities and ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with project plans and specifications.
• Coordinating and managing subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
• Ensuring that all construction activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work, and taking corrective action as necessary.
• Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of any issues.
• Preparing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and progress reports, and making recommendations for improvements where necessary.
• Identifying and implementing opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Managing any changes to the scope of work and ensuring that they are properly documented and approved.

Background Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, with a focus on hardscape, concrete, and slab projects. All Residential projects.
• We will also consider candidate coming out of college, a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field would be an advantage.
• Residential concrete background is the ideal need.
• Residential construction experience or space. Any experience building multiple homes.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using construction management software and other relevant IT tools.
