Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the installation of plumbing systems in commercial projects
• Ensuring that all plumbing systems are installed in accordance with local codes and regulations
• Coordinating all plumbing activities on the job site
• Supervising and training plumbers and laborers
• Working with the project team to ensure that all plumbing systems are installed on-time and on-budget
• Working with general contractors and other trades to ensure the plumbing system is installed properly
• Ensuring that all safety protocols are followed during installation

Must Have:

• 5+ years of commercial experience in field plumbing; or equivalent combination of vocational training and experience
• Experience on large commercial projects, valued between $1M-$20M
• Ability to successfully supervise large crews (20+)

Nice to have:

• OSHA 30/ CPR
• Trade Licenses
