Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Superintendent, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing all stages of project life cycle including planning, execution, and completion.
2. Managing and coordinating with teams to ensure commercial and residential construction projects are completed on time and within budget.
3. Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards.
4. Directing and supervising workers, subcontractors, and work activities.
5. Preparing and presenting project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
6. Resolving on-site issues and challenges.
7. Overseeing the procurement of materials and equipment.
8. Ensuring the proper installation and maintenance of asphalt and other construction materials.
9. Maintaining a clean and safe job site, and ensuring compliance with all industry regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Superintendent role will have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a superintendent or similar leadership role within the construction industry.
2. Proven experience in managing both commercial and residential construction projects.
3. Extensive knowledge and experience with asphalt, including its installation and maintenance.
4. A solid understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.
6. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Proficiency in construction management software.
