Superintendent - Multifamily

We are a rapidly growing Specialty Contractor focused on concrete work for Multifamily Development.

With a strong management team, repeat customers and a local project pipeline that currently extends out to 2029, we are positioned to continue our organic growth and would love for you to join our team!

As the Superintendent, you will drive the project from the field to ensure on-time, on-budget completion while meeting all quality standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Superintendent
• 5+ years experience in Multifamily Construction
• Ability to lead from the field
• Procore

Preferred:

• OSHA certification and other relevant industry certifications are a plus, but not required
