Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Superintendent in the Multifamily Construction industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and overseeing the construction of multifamily projects, including apartments, condos, townhomes, hotels, and hospitality projects. This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation and benefits packages.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the construction of multifamily projects, including apartments, condos, townhomes, hotels, and hospitality projects
  • Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors and vendors to ensure that all work is completed on schedule and to the required specifications
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines to ensure that all projects are completed within budget and on time
  • Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed on all job sites
  • Review and approve all project-related documents, including plans, specifications, and contracts
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in managing and overseeing the construction of multifamily projects, including apartments, condos, townhomes, hotels, and hospitality projects
  • Proven track record of success in managing and completing complex construction projects on time and within budget
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
