We are a Developer/Construction Manager with exciting multi-family and single-family townhome projects all across the City! Our projects range from 30 unit, mixed-use to 6,000 sq. foot townhomes. We are looking for an experienced Superintendent to work alongside the Director of Construction and help get projects from foundation to framing. Experience with foundations, steel and framing is a must, for this role!

Job Details
- 5+ years as a Superintendent/Construction Manager in commercial/residential construction
- Experience working within the City, understanding of permitting and codes
- Proven track record of effectively managing project teams
- Ability to establish and maintain subcontractor relationships
- Devoted to project safety initiatives
- Effective written and verbal communication with internal and external project teams
