A lean but highly profitable GC is looking to add a couple superintendents into the mix. They have a good pipeline of projects and you won't be bothered by the politics of a large organization.

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Superintendent to join our team in the construction of midrise and luxury residential projects. Responsibilities:

As the Superintendent, you will be responsible for:

1. Managing the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, and within budget.
2. Leading and coordinating the efforts of the construction team, including subcontractors and laborers.
3. Ensuring the highest quality of workmanship and materials are used in the construction of our luxury residential projects.
4. Communicating effectively with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients, to ensure project goals are met.
5. Identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the construction process.
6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.
7. Conducting regular site inspections and safety audits to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the role of Permanent Superintendent, you must have:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role, with a focus on midrise and luxury residential construction.
2. Demonstrated experience in ground-up construction projects.
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
4. A strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes.
5. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
6. A commitment to quality and detail, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
7. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
