Superintendent - Life Science Projects

We are a top Design Build Construction Management firm with a strong project pipeline in the Life Science space. We are looking to add experienced construction superintendents to our team. If you are interested please apply!

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in life science construction projects preferred
• Demonstrated experience in project oversight and subcontractor management.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
• CSL license preferred
